1. About these terms

The Advocacy Shop at shop.expressions-slp.com (the "Shop") is operated by [Legal business name] ("we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms. All products are made to order by our printing partners. We do our best to show colors, designs, and sizing accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order items. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

The Shop sells apparel and accessories that celebrate advocacy and awareness. Nothing in the Shop, including product designs or descriptions, is medical, therapeutic, or professional advice, and buying a product does not create a therapist-client relationship with Expressions or any of its clinicians.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we don't store your full payment card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, logos, and other content in the Shop belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not the rights to its design.

8. Reviews and comments

If you submit a review, comment, or photo, you confirm it's your own and doesn't violate anyone's rights, and you give us permission to display it in the Shop and in our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Third-party services

The Shop runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment, printing, and shipping. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for third-party websites linked from the Shop.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy, the Shop and its products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Shop or its products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
