Made to order

Every item in our shop is printed just for you after you place your order. Because of this, orders take a little longer than off-the-shelf products. Our products are made and shipped by our printing partners in the United States.

How long it takes

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Busy seasons, like the weeks before major holidays, can add a few days. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. [If you ship internationally, replace this sentence: International orders typically arrive 5 to 20 business days after shipping and may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.]

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.

Orders with multiple items

Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, please see our Return and Refund Policy or email us at shop@expressions-slp.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, contact us and we'll work with you on a reshipment or partial refund.
